Are you an experienced salesperson with a passion for plumbing and an interest in working with large-scale institutional clients?  We’re seeking a motivated Plumbing Supply Salesperson who specializes in sales to universities, hospitals, municipalities, and large corporations to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities :
Sales Development: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with institutional customers such as universities, hospitals, municipalities, and large corporations.
Account Management: Manage and nurture accounts, ensuring that customers receive the best service and product solutions tailored to their needs.
Consultative Selling: Use your technical knowledge of plumbing supplies and systems to advise customers on product choices, applications, and cost-effective solutions.
Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activity to position our offerings effectively.
Customer Support: Work closely with our inside sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for institutional accounts.

Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, ideally within the plumbing supply industry or a related field.
  • Strong background in selling to large institutional customers (e.g., universities, hospitals, municipalities, and corporations).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and solutions is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
